ERP-Specialist (m/f/d)

We're replacing our current ERP system with a modern, future-proof solution as part of a system migration. You'll lead the system changeover and further develop, optimize, and strategically support our new ERP system for the long term.
Phase 1: ERP Transformation
- Holistic planning, management, and execution of the ERP system migration in close collaboration with management, IT, the project team, and external partners.
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Creation of functional and system concepts, process documentation, and specifications.
- Management of change processes, as well as support and training for users during system implementation.
Phase 2: ERP Support & Development
- Key user and central point of contact for the ERP system after go-live.
- Support, optimization, and further development of the system.
- Analysis and improvement of existing business processes.
- Creation and evaluation of reports and key performance indicators.
- Interface between business departments, IT, and external service providers.
Profile
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician – alternatively, a comparable qualification.
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems – experience with EPICOR, Power BI, and project management is desirable.
- Good understanding of networked business processes and IT system landscapes.
- Strong Teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
